The design of a hot European helix order

Last week, we successfully completed an order with our European customer. The product required by the customer is a helix of 7COrex1.5mm2, which requires high elasticity, good softness and can be stretched to 7 meters. After many times of communication and design, the finished product has received good feedback from customers, and the customers are happy to reach a long-term cooperation with us.

The details of the helix are as follows.

1. Application:

For rated AC voltage 450/750V or DC voltage 6V-1000V below Industrial Mechanical Equipment, Sensor, Transmit Control System, Electric Instrument, Battery, Interphone, Home Electrical Appliance, and so on.

2. Structure & Specifications:

Conductor: Tinned copper wire, Solid or multi-strands

Insulation material: PVC / PE / PP / PU /TPE

Sheath material: PU / TPU / PA / PVC

Expanding length: 1.0 m-25.5m

Color: black, Red, Green, Blue, Orange, White, different colors can be customized.

Operating temperature: according to customer requirements, cold -65 degrees; temperature 80 degrees, 105 degrees, 125 degrees

Spring Length: arbitrary (customized according to customer requirements)

Good flexibility and elasticity Elongation length of up to 3.5-4 times the original length of spring. Have good cold resistance, flame resistance, oil and abrasion resistance. According to the requirements of different occasions to produce a variety of spiral spring line. 

3. Range we can produce:

Nominal cross section: 0.12~4mm2

Numbers of cores:  1~30 core
