The three most common pitfalls when buying a spiral:
Copper wire cutting corners - insufficient square footage, high heating and pressure drop;
Recycled material for sheath - turns white and cracks within two to three months;
Poor coil spring technology - it loosens after a few stretches and lacks rebound force.
Our approach is to use oxygen free copper rods for copper materials, PUR particles from first-line brands for sheaths, and CNC equipment for pitch control of coil springs. Each line passes through spark machines and tensile machines before leaving the factory. If it is not qualified, it will not leave the factory.
