Product Description
Integrated according to design requirements from multiple wires, terminals, connectors, protective sleeves, etc., for power transmission and signal control.
Thermoplastic conduit wire harness structural composition
Conductor: Mostly tinned copper wire (anti-oxidation, good conductivity), with wire diameter customized according to current demand (such as 16mm², etc.).
Insulation layer: made of high-temperature resistant XLPE or EPDM material, marked with 125ºC, capable of operating stably in high-temperature environments.
Protective layer: black braided mesh tube + heat-shrinkable tube, wear-resistant and anti-interference, protecting the internal wiring harness.
Terminals/Connectors: Ring terminals (for grounding/high-power connections) and pin terminals (for signal transmission), customized according to device interfaces.
