High Temp PTFE Tape Wrapped Shielded Cable Tinned Copper Braided Shield Wire for Instrument Signal Transmission
Product Description
When do you need this cable?
When the ambient temperature stays above 180℃ for a long time, such as areas near heating tubes, furnace bodies, and engine compartments; When transmitting weak signals where inverters, motors and RF sources cause on-site interference.
If you only need high temperature resistance, bare PTFE wire is sufficient. If you only need anti-interference performance, ordinary PVC shielded cable will work.
If you require both, this is exactly the cable you need.

FAQ
Will the tin in the braided layer melt at 260 ℃?
A1: The tin plating layer will slowly change color at 260 ℃ for a long time, but it does not affect the shielding function.
Q2: Can we do multi-core and total shielding?
A2:2~12 core PTFE wrapped and twisted, with a total shielding of 100% weaving, also divided into a double-layer structure of shielding and total shielding. The drawings can be sent for evaluation.
Q3: What are the standards for voltage withstand testing? The factory conducts a full inspection of 2.5kV/1min AC withstand voltage, and MIL standard products follow the corresponding specifications.
Q4: How many free samples can be provided?
A4: Regular specifications of 1-2 meters are free, only shipping fees are charged
