Product Description

This product is a customized specification grey flat ribbon cable. It comes with a standard pitch of 1.27mm. Red IDC piercing connectors can be optionally assembled. An external black heat shrink protective sleeve is added for protection. It supports single-ended and multi-position segmented terminal processing. It is a dedicated connection cable for signal transmission within industrial control equipment and intelligent devices.

Core structure

1. Main body of the cable: It uses multiple parallel and regularly arranged tin-plated copper conductors, which have stable conductivity and excellent bending resilience. They are not prone to breakage or core exposure even after repeated bending over a long period; The insulation layer is made of high-quality PVC flame-retardant material, which complies with UL safety certification and meets the insulation withstand voltage standards, preventing short circuits and crosstalk between lines.

2. IDC piercing terminals do not require soldering. They achieve electrical conduction by directly piercing the insulation layer of the cable with the metal prongs of the terminals. The processing efficiency is high and the contact is reliable.

3. Segmented black outer sheath: A black heat shrink sleeve is added at the terminal outlet position to protect the bending position of the cable and reinforce it to avoid cracking of the cable and exposure of copper wires due to frequent bending.

4. Customized segmented structure design: Multiple IDC connection points can be set on a single continuous cable to achieve multi-path signal distribution and routing, simplifying the internal wiring layout of the equipment.
