PTFE High-temperature Wire

What problem does this line solve?
The most common reason for purchasing PTFE fine wires is due to the small internal space, high temperature, and inability of ordinary wires to support them. 26AWG pink PTFE wire is designed for this scenario.
Typical applications:
Internal wiring of 3D printer hot end and heating block
High temperature leads for sensors and thermocouples
Internal wiring of semiconductor equipment and baking ovens
Unmanned mechanical and electrical adjustment, wiring in high-temperature areas of battery compartment
The most common point that customers struggle with when choosing a high-temperature line is:
PTFE vs PVC: PVC reaches its peak at 105 ℃, while PTFE reaches 200 ℃ directly
PTFE vs Silicone: Under the same temperature resistance level, PTFE is thinner and more resistant to chemical corrosion, but silicone is softer and easier to bend with larger wire diameters;
PTFE vs FEP: PTFE has higher temperature resistance (FEP 200 ℃ is the upper limit), while FEP has a cheaper extrusion process. If the budget is tight below 200 ℃, FEP can be chosen.
If you're not sure if you can send us usage scenarios, we'll just provide selection suggestions and not push expensive ones.
