A1: The technical engineer disassembles all parameters of the drawing one by one, confirms the details, arranges for sampling, and repeatedly adjusts until the sample fully meets the installation requirements.
Q2: Most industrial scenes require black cables. Do you have sufficient stock?
A2: Black is a common stock color, while white and gray colors can be produced on demand with fast delivery times.
Q3: What is the after-sales process for quality issues in procurement?
A3: After both parties verify and confirm that it is a production defect on our side, we can reproduce and resend it, or negotiate to refund the corresponding payment, and fully assume the quality responsibility.
Q4: What is the minimum order quantity? Can start-up distributors try small batches of orders?
A4: Small batches of samples can be ordered, and there is no strict minimum order threshold for small batch trial orders. Subsequent large return orders can enjoy tiered discounts.
